ClickBank may be the best place to join affiliate programs because of the high amount of commissions(up to 75%, if it was a $100 program, you’d make about $70 dollars, not too shabby) but honestly, most of the items are garbage. If you look through their marketplace where you can pick out items to promote, you’ll find about 20 or more different programs on getting rid of spyware and adware. I’m sure the basic code behind these programs are the same, just the branding is different.

I hope that you’ve went to my past post about joining an affiliate program and created accounts in those programs. Now what do you promote? Well, what do you like that they offer?
Do not be encouraged more by how much they pay but by how well you want to promote it and how well you know the product. Do not promote something that you don’t believe is good for others. If you’ve purchased something before and you really like it, why not give that a try? MP3 player? TV? How about a spyware remover or an helpful e-book? Pick an area where you have some knowledge in.

So you have a blog about something you are passionate about. You have about 100 subscribers. Not too shabby. You’ve got an adsense bar on the right. How much can you make from your blog?
Ok, if you RSS feed ur entire post, NOTHING! Subscribers don’t have to come to your site, they can just read your posts off their feeder. Make them come to your site! How? Only RSS feed the first paragraph, or feed an excerpt from your post. If they don’t come, they don’t click, you don’t get paid simple.

Affiliate marketing has limitless potential for wealth if you know what you are doing. Remember all this is done online so it is pretty much automated income if you have the system set. However, there are many ways to go about it and if you aren’t focused, you may even lose money, become discouraged and stop altogether. I believe that there is a steep learning curve in the world of affiliate marketing so if you want to do this seriously, be FOCUSED!
