Examples of Landing Pages
Like I’ve said before in my previous posts, landing pages are crucial to raising clickthrough rates and it saves you money by bidding lower on Adwords. That’s why in this post, I’m going to show some review pages that are on Google right now. These websites will give you some ideas how to create a landing page.
I typed in “how to remove spyware” on Google and many results came up. We want to focus on the sponsored links right now.
On the right sidebar, the 2nd link, 4th, and 7th links are landing pages that I find easy. They claim that they’ve reviewed the programs and tell you which ones are the best.

- www.RemoveSpywareandAdware.com - Alexa Ranking ~ None, probably just started
If you go to the sites you can find that each website promotes a product, or various products and tells you which one is the best. They also give you a “review.” Now, some landing pages or review sites are well designed and they actually give you a very thorough review of each product. However, some are just sloppy and do not actually offer much of a review. Also the product that they offer is probably the highest paying program for them which is more lucrative for that affiliate.
Out of these 3 landing sites, I find the www.comparespywareremovers.org which also has the highest Alexa ranking, to be most informative out of the 3. I am pretty sure that there are more than 3 landing sites for the spyware niche, but these guys paid high bids to place themselves on the first place as this niche is very competitive.
The last two are really poorly made, with the second one having pretty much no reviews at all. The creator of this site probably never reviewed the programs at all and i find it kind of a ploy to make people buy the programs. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THESE. If you have a landing page or plan to make one, please be honest about it. I would never condone this kind of a site, but the internet is full of junk and i would never purchase anything from a really poorly, made in 10 minutes review site.
